Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Board of Directors is required to schedule an Annual General Meeting (AGM) once every 18 months either In Person or Virtually.
The AGM provides the opportunity to see a presentation by the Board about the current financial position, upcoming projects, a review of the previous year’s activities, and you chance to sit on the Board or vote on the new Board of Directors.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, the last AGM was delivered over Zoom, however, barring any unexpected pandemic-type event, we plan on having the next AGM in person.
When
The exact date is still to be determined, however, we anticipate that the next AGM will take place in the first quarter of 2023.
Where
In the past, our Annual General Meetings have taken place at the Glamorgan Community Hall and will likely continue to be held there.
