Propane BBQs and electric smokers are permitted, all others do not fall into our insurance policy.

Unfortunately not. The GTC By-laws state that double driveways are limited to 2 vehicles only.
Smoking is not allowed in the common areas within the complex. This applies to residents, contractors, and guests. It is the responsibility of the residents / owners to ensure that contractors and guests are made aware of this policy.
All individuals who smoke in their own backyards should be mindful of second hand smoke affecting their adjoining neighbours.
Additionally, it is critical that all smoking materials be extinguished in a safe manner – not in planters, gardens, or grassy areas.
It is preferable that dogs are walked outside of the common grounds of the complex, however, dogs must be on a leash while on the Glamis Terrace premises.
